Quartz boat sulfur analyzer
Quartz glass is mainly used in electric light sources, semiconductors, optical new technologies, and other fields.
In terms of new light sources, we produce high-pressure mercury lamps, long arc xenon lamps, iodine tungsten lamps, thallium iodide lamps, infrared lamps, etc.
In terms of semiconductors, they are indispensable materials in the production process of semiconductor materials and devices, such as crucibles for growing germanium and silicon single crystals, boat furnace core tubes, and bell jars.
In the field of new technology: using its acoustic, optical, and electrical properties to create ultrasonic delay lines on radar, infrared tracking and direction finding, prisms for infrared photography, communication, spectrometers, spectrophotometers, lenses, reflection windows for large astronomical telescopes, high-temperature operation windows, reactors, and radiation devices; Rockets, nozzles, and antenna covers: radio insulation components for artificial satellites, radiation; Hot scale, vacuum adsorption device, precision casting, etc.
Shi Yingzhou is also used in chemical, metallurgical, electrical, scientific research and other fields
In the field of chemical engineering, it can be used as a combustion, cooling, and ventilation device for high-temperature acid resistant gases, an evaporation device for acidic solutions, a cooling absorption and storage device, a preparation device for distilled water, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, and other physical and chemical experimental supplies. In terms of high-temperature industry, it can be used as optical glass, crucible as fluorescent material, electric furnace core tube, gas combustion radiator. In terms of optics, quartz glass and quartz glass wool can be used as rocket nozzles, spacecraft heat shields and observation windows. In short, with the development of modern science and technology, quartz glass has been widely used in various fields.
Performance and application scope:
1. High temperature resistance. The softening point temperature of quartz anisotropic glass tube is about 1730 degrees Celsius, which can be used for a long time at 1100 degrees Celsius, and the short-term use temperature can reach 1450 degrees Celsius.
2. Corrosion resistance. Except for hydrofluoric acid, quartz glass hardly reacts chemically with other acidic substances. Its acid resistance is 30 times that of ceramics and 150 times that of stainless steel, especially at high temperatures
The chemical stability is unparalleled by any other engineering material.
3. Good thermal stability. The thermal expansion coefficient of quartz anisotropic glass tube is extremely small, and it can withstand drastic temperature changes. When heated to around 1100 degrees Celsius, quartz glass will not explode even when placed in normal temperature water.
4. Good transparency performance. Quartz glass has good transparency in the entire spectral range from ultraviolet to infrared, with a visible light transmittance of over 93%, especially in the ultraviolet spectral region
The rate can reach over 80%.
5. Good electrical insulation performance. The resistance value of quartz glass tube is equivalent to ten thousand times that of ordinary glass, and it is an electrical insulation material with good electrical performance even at high temperatures.
Instructions for use:
1. Quartz glass products are valuable materials and should be handled with care when in use;
2. All types of quartz glass have a usage temperature, which should not be exceeded during use, otherwise crystallization or softening deformation may occur;
Quartz glass that requires high temperature use must be wiped clean before use. It can be soaked in 10% hydrofluoric acid or washing solution, and then cleaned with high-purity water or treated with alcohol. Wear thin gloves during operation and do not touch quartz glass directly with your hands;
4. Continuous use of quartz glass products is allowed at high temperatures, which is beneficial for extending the service life of quartz glass and improving its temperature resistance. On the contrary, intermittent use of quartz glass products at high temperatures has a limited number of uses;
Although quartz glass material has thermal stability, it can withstand drastic temperature changes. However, in actual use, due to differences in residual strain and product shape, thermal stability may vary, and attention should be paid during use;
6. Quartz glass is an acidic material. When used at high temperatures, it should be strictly avoided to come into contact with alkaline substances such as water glass, asbestos, potassium sodium compounds, etc. Otherwise, its anti crystallization performance will be greatly reduced.
